A Letter Susan Wrote to Chris via EmailDocument was originally in MS Word Format, then saved as a HTML file. July 16, 1998 Dear Chris,
COOL JOE WITH DALMATIONS Do you like this kind of letter? It looks pretty neat doesn't it? You will be able to write these same kinds of letters with pictures and everything to your Dad when you get back. That way, when you are in a program at school, or just riding you bike down the street, I can take your picture and that night you can e-mail it to your Dad. How about that for communication? Here are two great pictures of Michael that we have just taken. He is looking really grown up these days. You won't be the only little boy in the house soon. We have new neighbors now. They have a boy that is only four. They also have two girls that are seven and nine. The seven-year-old is looking for a nice boy to call her boyfriend. We told her that you already have a girlfriend at school. You are going to like the presents that I got Karen for her birthday. I am sure that she will let you help with the putting together of things. The toy that is unwrapped is for the two of you to share. They said at the store that they were really cool. We are going to go downtown to see Gary play his tuba in a band. Your dad will remember seeing Gary play the tuba long ago. He is in a much tamer band now. Maybe I will send a picture later of that.
DID YOU CALL? Michael was busy here playing the Chicken game on the computer. Soon he will be playing Monster Truck Madness and Earthworm Jim. I will close with this gorgeous sunset that we had just two nights ago. The whole sky was purple and the clouds were too. Reminds me of sunsets in Texas.
I LOVE YOU CHRIS
